This Privacy Policy explains what information ApkCloud collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using ApkCloud, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, username, and profile avatar (via Google Sign-In or manual registration).
Uploaded content: the APK files you upload, along with file size and upload timestamps.
Usage data: app download counts, storage usage, and plan status.
Payment references: transaction/order IDs you submit to verify bKash, Nagad, or Binance (USDT) payments. We do not collect or store your card, bank, or wallet credentials — payments are made directly through the respective payment provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To host and serve your uploaded files via direct download links.
To verify payments and activate paid plans.
To communicate important account or service updates.
To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party Services

ApkCloud uses trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including Firebase (authentication and database) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage). These providers process data on our behalf and maintain their own security and privacy practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded files for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your uploaded apps, download links, and account data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

5. Your Rights

You can update your profile information at any time from your Account page. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete account" option in Account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

ApkCloud is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Copyright & DMCA Policy

ApkCloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

To submit a takedown request, email devmainulislam@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
The direct download link (URL) to the file on ApkCloud.
Your contact information (name and email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Valid takedown requests are typically reviewed and, if warranted, the file is removed within a reasonable timeframe. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ApkCloud after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
