Welcome to ApkCloud. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApkCloud (the "Service"), operated by CODEX-M41NUL. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

ApkCloud lets you upload APK files and generate direct download links to share with others. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

You own the file or have the legal right to distribute it.
The file does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
The file does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
The file does not violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

3. Plans and Payments

ApkCloud offers Free, Basic, Premium, and Pro plans with different storage limits. Paid plans are activated after manual payment verification (bKash, Nagad, or Binance/USDT) and remain active for the duration stated at time of purchase. Plans do not renew automatically — you will need to make a new payment to extend or upgrade your plan. Fees paid are non-refundable once a plan has been activated.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, upload prohibited content, or misuse the Service. You may delete your own account at any time from your Account settings — this permanently removes your uploaded apps, download links, and account data.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep ApkCloud available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Storage limits, upload speeds, and features may change as the Service evolves.

6. Limitation of Liability

ApkCloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, or issues caused by files uploaded by other users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
